The property exceeded expectations with 5-star room presentation, amazing beds, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was of great value. Convenient location for events, eliminating driving concerns. The family suite offered huge rooms with two bathrooms and incredible showers. The staff was friendly, informative, and highly recommended.

The complementary breakfast and room service were both exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist spots. the plush towels were definitely a highlight of the stay.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking with a lack of daily cleaning service and glassware not being replaced. There were also some maintenance issues such as a broken lamp and a cracked wash-basin.
