During my Easter break, I found some good aspects in this hotel. the good thing was the elevators, that were quick and responsive. the cheap price was a good advantage for my tight budget. the location was not bad, close to some malls, and restaurants that helped me with my needs.

the bed was uncomfortable and ruined my sleep. I could hear weird noises from other rooms, and woke up every time a motorcycle passed by loudly outside.

The rooms at Austin Paradise - Taman Pulai Utama were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy stay for my family group. Despite being small, they were well-maintained and came with toiletries. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. Additionally, there were plenty of breakfast options available nearby, perfect for budget-conscious families like ours who were planning to spend most of their time exploring Johor Bahru. With its affordable price and clean rooms, I would definitely recommend Austin Paradise - Taman Pulai Utama to others.
