The staff were accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service. The front desk team gave helpful information about local attractions. The dining hall staff, especially Rowen and Jamsheed, were kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel had convenient amenities like a connected mall, gym, pool, and spa.

The location is perfect - near the biggest mall, Bdr Utama MRT station, and Museum of Malaysia. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping responding immediately to our needs. The airport shuttle and valet parking were also very convenient. We were impressed with the welcome drink and the vast array of room amenities, including a dining table, and garden furniture. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and electric kettle. The leisure swimming pool area was gorgeous, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

With its great amenities and top-notch service, this hotel is highly recommended for families!

Great location, walking distance to nearby attractions. Comfortable mattresses and clean and modern bathrooms. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room and a lovely view from the window.

Limited TV channels and no cable TV. the room lacked a proper work desk and the pillows were less supportive, causing some minor neck pain.

The view from the room was stunning, with a great vantage point of the Twin Towers and KL Tower. The beds were firm and comfortable, and the pillows provided a good night's sleep. The infinity pool with saltwater was a highlight, offering a relaxing and refreshing swim. The hotel's proximity to One Utama mall made it convenient for shopping and dining. Free parking was an added bonus.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints at all.

The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious and offered a variety of options. it was a great stay!

One minor drawback was that the hotel charged for extra bottles of mineral water. It would have been nice if they provided them free of charge, as it is a basic amenity that many hotels offer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, being near a shopping mall and the MRT station. The view from our room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the infinity pool with a view of iconic landmarks, were great. We also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available.
