The room at Bespoke Hotel was well-maintained and the facilities were good. We especially loved the strategic location, as we could easily explore the nearby shops, cafes, and enjoy the beautiful fountain scenery at night. The efficiency of the check-in process was also commendable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. we had a pleasant experience and would consider returning in the future.

Our weekend stay was amazing! the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety. the hotel staff was lovely, always polite, and helpful. the hotel’s location was perfect with many shops and cafes around, making it easy to explore. We also loved the complementary Wi-Fi and parking, which was incredibly convenient.

There were a couple of things that could have been better for us. the lifts were not as clean as we expected them to be.

We recently stayed at the hotel in SetiaWalk and had a great experience at Bespoke Hotel. the location is superb, being part of a mall with plenty of restaurants and even a supermarket for convenience. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed. It was easy to get around with the nearby train station and Grab services. We also appreciated the helpful staff who promptly assisted us when we requested a room change due to a previous smoker's smell.

The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
