The location in the center of Labuan island is perfect, with easy access to the shopping mall and other attractions. I had a great time staying at Beta Service Apartment. The living hall was spacious and perfect for gathering with my family. The view from the apartment was stunning, especially overlooking the swimming pool. The convenience of having a shopping mall nearby was a bonus. Despite a few minor issues like a weak WiFi connection and outdated furniture, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were responsive and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. The location was convenient and we were able to find food easily. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room.

We were not impressed with the room. the AC was not up to par and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
