The security guard assisted us with the check-in process since there was no receptionist available late at night. The guard was incredibly nice and helpful, speaking in a polite manner. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The interior design is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Penang.

Great interior design and very clean room. The toilet was really big as well. The location of the hotel was also good as it was very close to a food court and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating which made our stay pleasant.

The soundproofing was really poor so we heard everything going on outside. It was especially bad during the night time when there were loud noises such as fireworks and motorbikes with really loud exhausts.

This hotel is conveniently located near Padang Brown food court, offering a wide variety of delicious local food just steps away. The central location makes it easy to explore the city and its attractions. The rooms are clean and modern, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing for late checkout options.

The noise insulation in the hotel could be improved, as guests have mentioned being able to hear outside noises throughout the night.
