Amazing value for money with cozy and modern rooms, and a super comfy bed. The Norfolk Arms is in a perfect location, steps away from the train station, shops, and ATMs. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome.

Breakfast option could be improved by providing clearer instructions on entering the hotel after hours.

We had a delightful stay at a charming accommodation in a great location for shops and walks. the room was exactly as expected from the pictures and we appreciated the convenient parking right outside. the pub restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes, beautifully presented.

As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, despite the bingo going on underneath. The comfortable bed and good shower made for a great night's sleep.

I recently stayed at the Norfolk Arms for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff were great and the food in the bar was fantastic. I really appreciated the fridge in the corridor with fresh milk and water available for free. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. a clean and comfortable stay. I would definitely go back if I am in the area again.

We had a great experience at a pub in an excellent location with easy access to food and convenience stores. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and we had a comfortable stay. While there was some expected noise from being above the pub, it didn't bother us. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

One of the best aspects of my stay was the central location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near the Peak District. the beautiful pub and inn had a really welcoming feel, and the overall atmosphere was great. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the negative aspects of my stay was the view from my room, which overlooked a dirty courtyard. It would have been nice if the courtyard had been cleaned and tidied up.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and brightness of our room. The comfortable bed and good shower over bath were highlights. There was enough storage for our belongings and a communal fridge with complimentary fresh milk and cold water. The large window overlooking the High Street and the colorful window box added to the charm. We appreciated the convenience of nearby options for breakfast, including Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Greggs, and Costa.

The lack of air conditioning in one of the bedrooms made it uncomfortably warm, especially during the summer months. the noise from the heavy traffic on the main road disrupted sleep even with the window closed.
