The location of the hotel was fantastic with easy parking access on weekends. There were food trucks and a night market nearby in Kg Air. the room lacked natural light and air due to no windows, and we had to request extra toilet paper during our stay. The hotel was not easily found on taxi apps, causing inconvenience. The small room size, tiny bathroom, and lack of cleanliness were disappointing. The thin walls made it difficult to sleep due to noise from other rooms. The hotel should communicate promotions directly to guests. the room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for nearby cafes and the seafront. Despite the lack of a provided breakfast, parking in front of the hotel was safe and hassle-free.

Improvements could be made in the soundproofing of the rooms to minimize noise disturbances from outside. It would also be beneficial to have windows in the rooms to allow for natural light and ventilation, enhancing the overall ambiance of the stay.

I always return here for holidays. the staff kindly found my lost hairbrush once. They have Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, security, and Laundry. Their rooms include a Flat-screen TV, Dryer, and Electric kettle. With Air conditioning, Lift, and a No smoking policy, it suits me perfectly.

The database provided was extremely user-friendly, making it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for quickly. the room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower that was perfect after a long day of exploring.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit slow at times, making it difficult to stream videos or upload photos.

Just stayed at a hotel right at the city centre in front of the night market. the hot showers in the rooms were amazing! the staff were so friendly. DEFINITELY coming back! Pictures don't do justice to this gem.
