We had a fantastic stay at Serai! The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They even provided a cot for our little girl. The location was perfect, with the Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions within walking distance. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby that were much cheaper than the main street. The room was clean and had new furniture, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be coming back to Serai, our favorite hotel!

Great view and helpful staff. The room had a lovely view and the staff went above and beyond to help me find a taxi, even in the rain. They were also always available and made sure I was well taken care of.

I recently stayed at a brand new hotel in a great central location with helpful English-speaking staff. The staff was super helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, and I particularly loved the balcony with a sea view on the top floor. The hotel was also conveniently located near transportation, shops, bazaars, historical landmarks, and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back.

Newly renovated rooms, spotlessly clean, vibrant location in shopping area, helpful and friendly staff, luxurious interior design, convenient proximity to tram station and grand bazaar.

I stayed at this hotel twice and it was worth every penny. The room had a lovely view and the staff, especially Gizem, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was great, close to transportation and shopping, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast delights were a bit limited, but everything else made up for it.
