Staff helpful, clean and spacious room, close to beach.

Stayed at a motel with a garden, free parking, and a terrace. There's WiFi, room service, and tours. Also, they kindly let me enjoy the beautiful views of a road and waste land from my room. Such a treat!

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious room and the wonderful outdoor pool area with a separate kids pool. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the wifi worked perfectly. We appreciated the daily room maintenance and the complimentary water bottles. The presence of a kettle with tea and coffee bags was also a nice touch.

Our stay at Casa Idaman Motel was exceptional. We had the best experience for the price we paid. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, with a lovely balcony to relax on. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, being close to the main Cenang street with its many restaurants and beautiful beach, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The added bonus of a nice pool made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely choose Casa Idaman Motel again if we return to Malaysia.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The room was clean and the bed was wide and comfortable. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the popular Pantai Cenang beach and the main street with plenty of dining options. Additionally, the hotel had a nice pool and parking was available.

Previous guests have mentioned that the main street with shops and restaurants is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the local dining options. the beautiful Chenang beach is also just a short walk away, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of toiletries. While shampoo and toilet paper are provided, some guests have mentioned that additional toiletries such as toothbrushes and soap are not provided.
