New Year at this hotel was fantastic! We loved the complementary drinks and snacks in the room upon arrival, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance and a great view of the city. Another advantage we enjoyed was the rooftop bar, which had an amazing atmosphere and live music.

The noise from the surrounding clubs and bars made it difficult to sleep at night. the breakfast options were limited and served in disposable cups and plates.

The hotel is ideally located right in the center of Playa del Carmen, making it convenient for exploring the city's bustling nightlife. You'll be right next to all the main clubs in the area, giving you easy access to the vibrant party scene. Despite being in a lively area, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning and hot showers. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the clean and newly renovated rooms with a balcony and English TV channels. The helpful staff went above and beyond to provide extra towels and pillows, and promptly responded to any requests. The location was ideal, right in the middle of everything, close to the Lido Beach Club, Quinta Avenida, 7/11. It offered great value for money and I truly enjoyed my stay.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel also offers basic amenities and clean rooms, with the added bonus of having a private jacuzzi on the rooftop. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to the day.

The staff, particularly Alex, provides excellent customer service, offering helpful tips and accommodating requests. The hotel is safe, with a friendly atmosphere and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.

the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and Avenida 15. the rooms were comfortable and the inner court with the pool and greenery was beautiful. the owner spoke English and was incredibly helpful, even getting us into our room early. We especially enjoyed our family suite with a private jacuzzi on the rooftop. It was so much fun! We'll definitely stay here again one day. 🌟
