This hotel is located at the top of a mountain, providing a secluded and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms offer stunning views of Mt Kinabalu, which is a breathtaking sight to wake up to. The staff are friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable beds, provide a satisfying level of comfort. The breakfast spread is varied, offering a good selection of dishes to choose from.

The hotel's toilets are in need of some upgrading to improve their overall condition.

The view from the balcony was really amazing, and the fresh air was refreshing. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy. We had a comfortable stay with basic amenities like a hairdryer and a kettle. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more pleasant.

The road leading to the hotel was not well maintained, and it was quite a bumpy and uncomfortable ride. The location was quite far from the main town, and we had some difficulty finding our way back to the hotel at night.

The mesmerizing view of Kinabalu greeted us every morning, making our stay truly magical. The hotel's cleanliness and tidiness were impressive, creating a comfortable environment. The food was excellent, with a talented chef who cooked amazing and affordable Chinese cuisine. The breakfast options were plentiful, and we enjoyed breathtaking views of either the valley or the mountain from our chalet block. The staff was laid back and allowed us to enjoy our stay, but they were always willing to assist when needed.

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay and have no complaints at all.

We had a pleasant stay at this resort nestled in the valley. Being light sleepers, we were thankful for the quiet location. We were lucky to be upgraded to a room with a stunning mountain view. The room was clean and comfortable, although we did notice some squashed bugs on the walls mentioned in a previous review. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options. the resort provided a serene atmosphere and beautiful scenery.

The staff at the restaurant counter could have been friendlier, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
