As a parent of an RIT student, I have stayed at Hampton Inn multiple times and it has become my go-to hotel for the next few years. The friendly staff and clean rooms are always a pleasure. The breakfast options are delicious, with a variety of choices including egg white frittata, potatoes, and fresh pressed juice. Ebony, the staff member at breakfast, is cheerful and helpful. The pool is clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided. I also appreciate the convenience of using the keycard for entry into the pool area.

The location of this hotel is truly outstanding. You have everything you need within walking distance, from stores to restaurants. It's so convenient! The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing! There's a great variety of hot foods, and the waffles are a definite highlight.

One small area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the pool area. It would be great if it were cleaned promptly after it's used by guests, especially when there are kids making a mess.

The pool was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dip after a busy day exploring the city. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a good selection of tasty options to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were taken care of.

There was a slight musty smell in the room, but it quickly dissipated once we aired it out. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with toothpaste on the sink and faucet, as well as hair in the tub.

As a tourist, I loved the central location of Hampton Inn & Suites in Rochester. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance, and shopping options like the mall and Walmart were conveniently close. The hotel's easy access to highways made exploring the city a breeze. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and Lisa, the breakfast attendant, was exceptional. The in-room amenities were nice, and the hotel maintained a quiet and clean atmosphere. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, providing great restaurant recommendations and offering a shuttle service that we didn't even know was available.

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff, especially Trista at the front desk, were very polite and full of energy. The hotel facilities, including the clean lobby area, were top-notch. The room had a nice view and was spacious, with a comfy bed and pillows. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to a multitude of shops and restaurants, as well as being conveniently located to a hockey tournament.

The breakfast included with the stay was the best I have had, with many healthy and delicious options including fresh pressed juice and smoothies. Trista at the front desk was very polite and full of energy, making the experience worth 5 stars.

The hotel is in a great location, near plenty of restaurants and shops. Public areas are well-maintained and clean. The breakfast includes tasty scrambled eggs and real sausages. Rooms are spacious and modern with a separate sink area and comfy bed.

The showerheads need replacing and/or there needs to be a little more water pressure.

The continental breakfast at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The head chef, Lisa, was so friendly and engaged with the guests. She truly made our dining experience memorable. The rooms were also spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is located in a very convenient area of Henrietta, right within the Marketplace Mall and near I-90. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are spacious and well-furnished with good amenities. The breakfast included many different options to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day.

We loved the quiet location, which was conveniently close to many great dining options. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including convenient parking and transportation options. The location was ideal, being close to the market place and in the Henrietta area. The breakfast provided was decent and varied each day. The staff, especially Lisa, who attended to the breakfast bar, were amazing. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
