The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near to shopping malls, very close to the city center, and very near the city hall. This makes it convenient for business travelers who want to explore the city after work or for those who want to enjoy the nightlife area. The rooms are clean and new, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The pool offers a stunning view of the city, with the KLCC and KL Tower as a beautiful background.

The customer service provided by the hotel was poor, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We spent our New Year's Eve in a hotel with a great view of the city's famous landmarks. the complimentary parking and fantastic pocket garden view were added bonuses. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, good parking, convenience store on-site, amazing view from the room, beautiful Sky garden. Spacious suite with functional kitchenette, complete utensils, Netflix, and washing machine with dryer. Swimming pool view is stunning. Second stay in a few days, pipe issue fixed. High floor city view facing sunrise is recommended. Big and comfy bed, rooftop pool with nice setting.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Bukit Bintang, China Town, and Little India, all within a 15-minute walk. The proximity to the MRT made getting around easy. The rooftop pool and viewpoints were amazing, and I loved the pool view from my room. Additionally, the breakfast was good and reasonably priced. a great value for the money.
