We were thrilled to wake up to a stunning view of the twin towers and the beautiful skyline of KLCC. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent TV channels. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the wifi worked well. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

The entrance of the hotel was not wheelchair accessible, which could pose a challenge for disabled guests.

The location of this place is great, right behind the wet market and quite downtown. The service is fantastic, with good room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The bathroom has a hairdryer and free toiletries, and the shower is excellent. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the staff is reliable and helpful on every shift. There is also a leisure outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, as well as luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The breakfast was quite satisfying and there were two complementary perks that were unexpected. the location was convenient for me to visit local attractions, and the wifi worked quite well in the lobby.

The elevators were slow and had a strange odor, which wasn't very pleasant. the parking options were limited, and valet service was the only possibility which took longer than it should have.
