During my stay at Fortune Resort Benaulim, Goa, I experienced a delightful upgrade to a superior room with a stunning view. the buffet breakfast was fit for a king, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the housekeeper, Ms. Manusha, and the reception staff, Mr Vincent and Nelson, were exceptional in ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. I truly felt pampered and well taken care of during my time here.

The elegant decor of the hotel, with its charming garden areas and easy accessibility for seniors, truly made my stay delightful. the peaceful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings provided a serene retreat for relaxation, perfect for senior guests looking to unwind and enjoy a tranquil getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave me a lovely welcome upon my arrival. The room was large and had a balcony, providing me with a beautiful view. It was also very clean, although a bit plain in terms of decor. However, it had all the amenities I could need, including a fridge, safe, and air conditioning. The highlight of my stay was the comfortable big bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a very good breakfast that provided a variety of options to choose from. I found the pool to be a bit small, but it was still adequate for a relaxing swim. The hotel is located in a pleasant area, with a 10-minute walk to the beach. Along the way, there were many small shops and stalls, adding to the charm of the journey. The evening meals at the hotel were excellent and surprisingly affordable. For just £5, I enjoyed a tasty starter, main course, and two beers. The staff throughout my stay were lovely and always ready to provide excellent service. They were friendly and chatty, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were prompt and courteous. The hotel has a good and clean pool and a facility for caroms, with a really friendly attendant. The hotel is also located close to the beach, making it convenient for beachgoers. I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and cleanliness.
