The staff at Cititel Express were incredibly helpful and welcoming during our stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and shops nearby. We were also delighted to find out that the hotel had a water dispenser, reducing plastic waste. The room, although small, was clean and well-designed, and the hot shower was a great feature. We even had a bit of a sea view as per our request. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions, including the famous Welcome Seafood Restaurant and the waterfront, which is just a short walk away. There are also plenty of shops, eateries, and massage parlors in the surrounding area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with a functional layout and great hot showers. The front desk staff are helpful, and there is a water dispenser with hot, cold, and warm water available for guests.

The WiFi in the rooms is weak, and it is better to use it in the main lobby.

One drawback was the breakfast. Although the restaurant had a wide variety of food, the quality could have been better.

This hotel is situated in a very congested area, right in the centre of town. It's a great base for exploring the city and there are plenty of good food spots nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, with nice views and a strong WiFi connection.
