I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my needs and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure all my basic needs were met. The rooms are really clean and nice, and I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The breakfast in the morning was great, with a grab and go option that was convenient.

All was good, except for a minor issue with the room.

The hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our family celebration was the best ever. We were also impressed with the spacious and comfortable king suites offered by the hotel. the front desk person was always sweet and ready to assist us.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we found that both elevators were out of order, which meant we had to navigate four flights of stairs for the first half of our stay. Additionally, there were maintenance issues such as the carpet lifting and a broken peep hole cover.

Kelly at the front desk deserves a raise for going above and beyond to make our family celebration extra special. The location was clean, quiet, and the parking was convenient. The fully stocked kitchens were a great bonus, saving us from having to purchase extra supplies. Room service was impeccable, and the helpfulness of the front desk was commendable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice hotel, it served its purpose very well. Check-in was smooth and the room was great. It was spacious, had a nice lounge area, and a good kitchen space. the breakfast in the morning was also great. the facilities at the hotel were really nice and the location was convenient for us as we were driving from Phoenix to Dallas.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. There were food odors in the room from other residents and there were no adequate room deodorizers available.

The hotel is conveniently located near highways, making it easy to access. Moreover, it is situated in the center of the hallways, providing a convenient location for families with children. Additionally, it is close to the airport, perfect for travelers with early flights. The proximity to a HEB supermarket is also a major advantage for guests, offering convenience for any necessary grocery shopping during their stay.

Some areas of the hotel, including the bathroom, have experienced wear and tear, such as rusty bathtubs and peeling paint on the ceiling.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last week. the location was incredibly convenient, being close to both the football stadium and the airport. Additionally, having the HEB supermarket nearby made it easy to pick up any supplies I needed. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even reimbursing my reward points when there was a system issue. Finally, the room itself was clean and comfortable, with the bonus of having two double beds. it was a great value for the money.

We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. There was a broken handrail in the stairwell and a peculiar smell of cheese in the elevator.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fully stocked kitchens with all the cooking essentials and utensils provided. It saved us from having to purchase extra items. The daily room service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. We've stayed at this hotel before and will definitely be returning!
