Cititel Mid Valley is conveniently located in the mall. The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive, even offering extra pillows free of charge. Despite a minor room issue with the bathroom, the hotel management was prompt in addressing the problem. I would recommend this hotel.

The convenience of this location is unparalleled, as it's located right in Mid Valley shopping centre. Plus, you can easily access the area by KTM commuter, making it easy to get to mid valley. The staff are helpful and accommodating, making your stay a pleasant one.

Enjoyed the freedom to eat a variety of local and western favorites at the 24-hour Citi Café, and the high tea buffet spread was reasonably priced with friendly staff. Petaling Street was a delight for bargain hunting.

The towels were probably the same ones from 10 years ago, and the elevator buttons were so fancy that I couldn't even tell if I pressed the right floor. Classic.

Had an amazing Easter weekend stay with my family! the complementary breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location was ideal for us with a mall nearby and accessible transportation. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

the lack of a complementary bottle of water in the room was inconvenient, as we had to leave the hotel and wait in line to buy water.

my recent stay here was amazing - the location is perfect with great malls and it's close to the heart of KL. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff were super helpful, even letting me leave my luggage after checkout. i'll definitely be coming back!
