We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the beautiful city centre. The location couldn't be better, with the hotel practically in the town square and just a stone's throw from the river. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast choices were broad and satisfying, and we were impressed by the quality of the dinner we had at the hotel. The facilities, including the cigar bar and the spacious and clean rooms, were top-notch. it was a splendid experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't believe the stunning view from my room at the Atlantic Grand Hotel. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the beautiful river and church, creating a bright and modern atmosphere. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had top-notch electronics and lighting. The amenities, like the MALIN & GOETZ soap and shampoo, added a touch of luxury. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide selection of juices, although fresh squeezed orange juice would have been a nice addition. The front desk staff took excellent care of me during check-in, and the service throughout my stay was friendly and helpful. I even had the opportunity to dine in the hotel's restaurant with my grandmother, thanks to the staff's accommodation. The hotel's location was ideal, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible by car or taxi. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the smell of fresh paint and tools stored in the corridors, the overall comfort, service, and location made my stay at the Atlantic Grand Hotel a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the delicious food at the hotel restaurant. The meals were top-notch and truly exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the powerful showers in the bathroom were a great feature. These aspects really made my stay enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left me disappointed. the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel is centrally located, so close to the main city square and next to the Christmas market. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and lots of local produce.

Guests also enjoy the free parking facilities and the added bonus of a smoker's lounge.

The price for evening meals in the bar and restaurant is somewhat steep.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated having a nice desk to work at, as well as an electric kettle. The bathroom was also great, with plenty of space and lovely toiletries. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, and I highly recommend trying the restaurant "alto" for dinner.

The hotel offered a very comfortable bed and a spacious room that provided enough space for us to move around. the location was excellent, as it was close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was also easily accessible by car.

The air conditioning did not work during our stay, which made it quite uncomfortable in the summer heat. Despite reporting this to the staff, the response we received was not satisfactory, and we were only offered a fan as a solution.
