I had a fantastic time at this resort! The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the lake from the verandah. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met.

Breakfast delights could have been better, especially the pastries.

The room was spacious and had a balcony with a relaxing view. the staff at the front desk were helpful and the buggy service was excellent. the food at the hotel was good and there was a variety of options. the pool was loved by the kids. the lobby had a great feel and ambiance.

The check, in management was very poor, with a delay of several hours. There was no water supply in the entire area, and no proper contingency plans were in place.

I stayed at Cyberview Resort & Spa for a 2-night stopover before heading to Indonesia. The welcome at reception was lovely, with cool ginger tea and a cold face towel. The room was fantastic, with an enormous size and a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The bed was luxurious and really comfortable. Despite not being able to use the pool due to thunderstorms, the spa facilities were relaxing. it was the perfect place to get through jet lag and chill.

The hotel facilities are top-notch with a large pool and a classy Italian restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. The setup of the bathtub inside the room gave it a spa-like feel. the cleanliness, parking, transportation options, and the quiet area added to the positive experience.

This hotel provides an indulgent stay with its exclusive amenities, including a spacious room with proper workspace and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, pool with view, and poolside snack bar are perfect for relaxation. the location is secure, quick taxi access from Putrajya train station, and there is Halal food available in the restaurant.

There was minor maintenance issue with the plumbing in my room, which affected the functionality of the bathroom faucets. Nonetheless, the service was great, and the staff was courteous and helpful.
