This hotel is a great value for money, located right on the high street in central Reading. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable with soundproof walls ensuring a good night's sleep. In addition, the breakfast is included in the price.

We loved the prime location of Ibis and the impeccable service. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. Even though we faced issues with parking arrangements but the hotel staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Overall I'll highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic surprise during my stay at Ibis. When I arrived, I was directed to the neighboring Novotel, a 4-star hotel. It was such a pleasant surprise! Even better, I was given an executive room, which is usually priced much higher. The room was spacious and luxurious, with bathrobes, slippers, and a comfortable king-size bed. It even had a separate toilet, bath, and shower with complimentary toiletries. The amenities, like the coffee machine, kettle, and small fridge with complimentary bottled water, made it feel like a home away from home. I also enjoyed the convenience of having tea and coffee provided in the room. it was a superb experience.

While my stay was excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. Some of the TV channels didn't work properly, and the pillows were a bit lumpy.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, being so close to the train station and the town centre. I was able to explore the city easily and even visit the Museum before it closed. Plus, there are some charming local pubs nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Great location, close to key attractions and amenities in the city. the staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival and during checkout. the room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable.

The air-conditioning only blew out warm/hot air which meant we had to open the window for fresh air, but it led to a lot of noise from loud clubbers and emergency sirens. the bathroom unit felt cramped and there was no safe in the room to store our belongings.

During my Xmas stay, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. the hotel's modern and clean facilities were impressive, providing all the necessary amenities. the highlight for me was definitely the fast and reliable wifi, which was the best I have experienced in any hotel in the city center.
