We stayed at a hotel during the New Year holiday and had a great time. The beds were comfortable, with premium sheets and pillows. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a good variety of food and the hot coffee maker with biscuits at the lobby waiting area was a nice touch. The rooms had a unique and functional design. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful, providing a safe and secure environment. The hotel's ample parking was convenient, and it was located near plenty of shops and restaurants.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The cleaning could have been more thorough, as we found dust and hairs on surfaces and feces, mold, and hardened stains under the toilet seats in every room we were in.
