The spacious two-bed suite offered plenty of room with a separate living area, perfect for stretching out after a long day. Having a fridge and microwave was a major plus for late-night snacks.

Unfortunately, the carpets had noticeable stains, and the general condition of the furniture felt dated, making me wish for a better upkeep. The breakfast area wasn't great either. it felt cramped behind a TV wall with limited seating, which affected the dining experience, especially during peak hours. On top of that, there were complaints about unpleasant odors in the rooms, which left a less-than-ideal first impression.

I had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites Pinehurst Southern Pines! The spacious suite included a cozy living area with a fridge, which was perfect for keeping our snacks cold. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring plenty of options to start the day. The staff went above and beyond, making our check-in fast and pleasant, especially when dealing with a busy lobby. The pool area was a hit with the family, offering a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The hotel needs urgent upgrades. I found cleanliness lacking, with stained carpets and outdated furniture. Breakfast options were also disappointingly limited.

The front desk team was exceptionally accommodating, providing us with lollipops upon check-in, which was a sweet touch! The spacious suite was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax.

However, the cleanliness of the carpets left much to be desired, making it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, which detracted from the overall experience.
