As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and comfortable room with a nice bathtub. The location was convenient, with a bridge link to Hartamas Square. The front office and restaurant staff provided excellent service. The parking, although initially confusing, was easy and affordable.

Felt like being at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The exclusive amenities such as the rooftop pool with a stunning view and the private facilities in the room exceeded my expectations. The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of an outdoor swimming pool. However, this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

We had a great stay here! This venue is in a wonderful location, right across from a major shopping mall. Plus, the area wasn't crowded with traffic, so it was easy to get around. The service was excellent, with amenities like room amenities and limousine service, and the hotel had a lovely rooftop pool with a great view.

Although we didn't receive the services we requested from the receptionist, we still recommend this hotel to families.
