As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and comfortable room with a nice bathtub. The location was convenient, with a bridge link to Hartamas Square. The front office and restaurant staff provided excellent service. The parking, although initially confusing, was easy and affordable.

Felt like being at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Staying here was a luxurious retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city center. the exclusive amenities such as the rooftop pool with a stunning view and the private facilities in the room exceeded my expectations. the location was ideal, located near a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The basic amenities in the spacious and comfortable rooms are great, including the bath tub which adds to the relaxation factor. Breakfast at the coffee house is delicious, with vegetarian options included.

Room was upgraded upon arrival. Staff responded promptly to room issues. Restaurant had delicious food and polite waitstaff. Baby cot was provided upon request. Free parking available with validation.

We had a great stay here! This venue is in a wonderful location, right across from a major shopping mall. Plus, the area wasn't crowded with traffic, so it was easy to get around. The service was excellent, with amenities like room amenities and limousine service, and the hotel had a lovely rooftop pool with a great view.

Although we didn't receive the services we requested from the receptionist, we still recommend this hotel to families.

The best part of my new year experience was the complimentary breakfast and welcome drink. the hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. the cozy and comfortable rooms were equipped with all basic amenities, and the Wi-Fi was free and fast.

I did not enjoy the fact that my room had no windows, and it was a bit claustrophobic for a longer stay. the bathroom lacked clear signage for hot and cold water, and the showerhead was clogged.
