Recently stayed at a very new and modern hotel just steps from the Champery village train stop. the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any queries. the continental breakfast was great, with exceptional healthy and cooked options, as well as fresh orange juice and coffee. the all-inclusive activity card provided access to cable cars, pools, local trains, and even a town trailer kiddy train. the service was top-notch, with flexibility on arrival and departure times to maximize our skiing time. the hotel is beautifully designed with attention to detail and a love for modern trends. a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the cable car station, making it easy for families with children to access the ski slopes. The rooms are modern and spacious, with ample storage space for clothes. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped. The staff at the hotel are committed to providing excellent service, and the breakfast options are extensive. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the ski bus, providing easy transportation to the slopes.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom layout in certain rooms was not ideal for privacy, as it had an open shower area.

The breakfast was great and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. the bed was also very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was perfect as it was right next to the ski lift that took us up to the slopes. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby.

The room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around. the shower was not designed very well and we ended up getting water all over the bathroom floor.

This skiing hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were stunningly modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast facilities were exceptional, offering both continental and cooked options. The family-run establishment provided outstanding service and even offered half board from late January onwards. The hotel's location, just a short ski bus ride from the main telecabine, was convenient for accessing the slopes and the village in the evening. Additionally, the complimentary multi-pass allowed for free use of all the cable cars in the area. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.
