The hotel is in a great location, near a train station and within walking distance of the famous Petronas Towers. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of cuisines available. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sofa. The staff are polite, considerate, and welcoming. The swimming pool is a nice feature.

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to the local metro station and its connections to many of KL's tourist areas. It's also right in the city center, making it a convenient base for exploring. The clean, modern rooms come with comfortable beds, and some offer fantastic views of the city. Guests enjoyed the breakfast, which boasted a good variety, and the attentive staff made their stay a pleasant one.

The location was great, with easy access to the metro line and connected walking bridge. Being very close to Ampang Park Station made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit popular tourist areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular view. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The check-in process was quite slow, with long queues and limited check-in counters during peak hours.

This hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and several malls. Its exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor pool with a view, met our luxurious needs. The exceptional service provided by the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Selven in the Indian Kitchen, made our stay memorable.

The lift to our room was occasionally slow and congested during peak times, which was a minor inconvenience.

We loved the spacious room, comfy bed, and prompt service from Doubletree By Hilton. The Intermark location was great with food choices and a link bridge to the LRT station. Despite some small drawbacks like slippery floors, we'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a mall which has lots of things you may need, including great restaurants and shops. Rooms offer amazing views of KL and are equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of international options.

We had a fantastic experience at Doubletree by Hilton in KL. The service was fast and friendly upon check-in, and we were pleased with our room's nice view and amenities. The staff at Makan Cafe were accommodating and the food at Tosca was delicious. The hotel provided a comfortable work-from-home setup, with good wifi connection and a peaceful environment. We especially enjoyed the hearty breakfast buffet, with a variety of options including local delights like Nasi Lemak Rendang. The location of the hotel, inside a mall and within walking distance of KLCC, made it convenient for dining and shopping.

Rooms had all necessary amenities, freebies, and were spacious. Quick and friendly check-in. Breakfast had a great variety. Lovely saltwater pool. Convenient complex located below the hotel with food court and mini mart.

We had an amazing stay here! This venue is located inside a shopping mall, which is very convenient as everything you may need is available. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free wi-fi in rooms. The staff at receptionist was awesome, with great services. The leisure centre was also amazing, with a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa & wellness centre. We also really appreciated the luggage storage and 24-hour reception.

Nothing not to love.

The cookies offered at check-in were warm and delicious. The hotel's location was convenient, with a mall just a few steps away. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was a real treat. In-room dining was also a great option to enjoy a lazy day at the hotel.

The breakfast could use some improvement. The food was not the best quality and left much to be desired despite the availability of different options.
