I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was very spacious for my family of 4 and the additional sleeping space provided by the trundle sofa was a great bonus. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff was quick to respond to our needs, providing us with extra towels promptly. I also appreciated the wipes that were provided at the front desk, adding an extra level of cleanliness.

Fortunately, I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the room was very spacious, with a full closet and comfortable layout. the bath area was separate, making it feel cozy and private. We also loved the location, it was convenient and not too busy. Plus, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a luxury stay.

In our room, we did notice some cleanliness issues, such as a dirty fan and mold in the bathroom. we had a great time, but we do hope that the hotel can improve on these issues in the future.

Our room at Springhill Suites in Phoenix was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The bed was cozy and we loved the amazing shower. The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating when we arrived later than expected. We had a peaceful night's sleep with the windows open. we highly recommend this hotel.
