One situation that stood out was when we requested a baby cot for our little one. Initially, we were told that there were no available beds for babies, which was disheartening. However, the supervisor quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a baby cot and an extra bed. This level of responsiveness and problem-solving skills left a positive impression on us.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Dubai, I experienced excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. The staff at the reception, especially Lady Anne, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. We arrived early in the morning, and despite the check-in time being later, our room was already prepared for us. The staff members were polite, courteous, and provided us with all the necessary information.

While there were a few drawbacks to our stay, they were relatively minor. The gym and swimming pool were basic, and the soundproofing could be improved.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the 24-hour room service was also a great convenience, allowing us to order food at any time of the day or night. Additionally, the hotel had excellent wifi which was a bonus for staying connected during our trip.

We were disappointed with the paid option for a view of a famous landmark. the extra cost was not worth it as the view was obstructed by dirty glass and we could easily see the landmark by simply stepping outside onto the street.

The supermarket nearby is convenient. Hamid and Santos were friendly and helpful. Staff were welcoming, except for one. The lifeguard went out of his way to assist us at the pool.
