Amazing skyline view from the 47th floor suite. Stylish pool on the 39th floor. Delicious local breakfast on the 40th floor. Helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money. Perfect beds with various pillows. Within walking distance of Petronas and the metro.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The eco-friendly aspect and efforts to reduce plastic bottles were commendable. The clean and well-equipped kitchenette area was a bonus. The hotel was also conveniently located near Suria KLCC and Ampang Park LRT station. The presence of security guards added to the sense of safety.

The view from my room was amazing, I could see the skyline of the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The gym and swimming pool were a great plus. I had a wonderful stay at Element.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The service was top-notch and room service was excellent. I also loved that I could rent a bike to explore the area. The housekeeping was outstanding, and I appreciated the clean and comfortable room. The amenities were fantastic; I especially liked the in-room safe. I could also enjoy some entertainment on the flat-screen TV. The restaurant served delicious food and had a great happy hour.

Complementary champagne and snacks for New Year’s Eve were a nice touch. the location was great, near to public transportation and plenty of dining options. the rooftop view was amazing, and the fireworks were beautiful.

The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. the staff was unresponsive when I requested a room change.

The staff at Element was outstanding, especially Sylvia at the Front Desk. She went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with KLCC and other attractions within walking distance. The view from our room on the higher floor was breathtaking, showcasing the city skyline. We also appreciated the convenience of having a MyNews store and Starbucks nearby. Lastly, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage for a week while we traveled around SE Asia, which was a huge relief.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and attractions like the Petronas Towers and KLCC shopping mall. The breakfast had a wide selection and the view from the 52nd floor was amazing. The staff were courteous and professional. We would definitely stay here again.
