EQ has fantastic facilities and amenities for families. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a favorite bathtub for relaxation. The room vibe is conducive for work, and there's a mini coffee maker for a morning boost. Upgraded rooms offer a better view of the Twin Towers, and the swimming pool on a high floor provides a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. Access to KLCC is easy, thanks to helpful staff.

The value for money at EQ was great, with a magnificent atmosphere and beautifully designed rooms. The hotel's location was ideal, close to shopping centres and hot spots in the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making it feel like a home away from home.

Our Easter stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary chocolates in the room and the festive decorations throughout the hotel. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of nearby dining options. the gym facilities were top-notch, with modern equipment and a great view of the city.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, with dusty areas and lingering odors in the public spaces. the pool area was overcrowded and lacked sufficient seating for all guests.

The hotel was in a great location near the business centre and many landmarks and it allowed me to make a lot of calls at no cost. The overland public transport was also nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable with ample space, and the bathroom had good water pressure and responsive temperature. The breakfast had a good selection of Western and Asian food and drinks, and the staff provided excellent service.

The pool facilities lacked privacy and were geared towards being used for corporate events.

The hotel only offers limited live entertainment options. this minor issue does not take away from the great experience that guests can enjoy.
