During our Christmas stay, we really liked the comfortable and beautiful room we had. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and pleasant, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was within easy walking distance of the main attractions and the famous jet d'eau.

There were a few aspects that we didn't like. Firstly, the noise from our upstairs neighbor was quite disruptive, as we could hear them dragging furniture and walking heavily.
