The staff at the hotel were amazing, friendly, and helpful, always willing to give directions or offer suggestions on where to go. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and felt safe. The room was very comfortable with fluffy pillows and a soft bed that helped us get a good night's sleep. Plus, the hotel provided towels and other amenities which added to the convenience.

Although the room offered most of the necessary amenities, the lack of a window made it feel a bit cramped and stuffy at times. , the TV system was a bit complicated to operate, which took away from the overall experience.
