Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and presented us with drinks vouchers for our anniversary. They surprised us with a lovely charcuterie board and chocolates in our clean room, allowing us to choose our preferred floor level. the hotel’s atmosphere is versatile, catering well to family trips, couples' getaways, and weekend staycations. the location is convenient for exploring the city.

The room was cozy and well-equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The view of Scissortail Park and downtown skyline was breathtaking. As a vegan, I appreciated the availability of a safety deposit box for storing my valuables securely.

I found the shower/tub combination a bit inconvenient as a vegan who prefers a standalone shower.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right across the street from Paycom Center and within walking distance to the botanical garden and Bricktown. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the bathroom amenities have a delightful fragrance. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including room service, and the food is delicious. The tap house has great food and drinks, and they even deliver to your room. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. The gym has new equipment with a fantastic city view, and the rooftop pool with a bar is a perfect spot to unwind. The hotel also offers valet parking and there's a public parking garage nearby for only $10 a day. For convenience, there's a shuttle service available for just $3 a day.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect for the concert I attended. The service was excellent, from room service to the airport shuttle. The housekeeping was also great, as everything was clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the garden furniture.

The shower and room were clean, and the window view was nice. the location was convenient to the Paycom center and other attractions in the area. the cleaning service was good.

The parking was a struggle, and valet was rude when we decided to self-park. There was trouble with the TV, the internet set up was confusing and charged per day, and the room was on the smaller side with no insulation.

The hotel is conveniently located near local concerts, with plenty of surrounding dining. The linens and Nest brand soap are of high quality, and the staff - especially Val the Bellman - go above and beyond in customer service. The shower water pressure is great.

The pillows are flat and uncomfortable, leading to sore necks and backs.
