The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed, great lighting, and a beautiful view from the 16th floor. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The hotel staff were pleasant, wonderful, courteous, and helpful. The location was perfect, with nice cafes and bistros nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Four Points By Sheraton Chinatown. The room was beautifully decorated with a king size bed and comfy mattress. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels provided. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room on the 16th floor. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with many cafes, bistros, and wall murals nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the city.

The complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch, as well as the welcome gift. the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the view from the room was fantastic, providing a great backdrop to Thanksgiving celebrations.

The bathroom didn't quite meet expectations and the breakfast buffet had limited variety. the lifts were often slow during peak times.

I had such an amazing time staying here! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city and trying out local restaurants. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and the room service is amazing! The room was always clean and tidy, and the amenities like the tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV just added to my comfort. And don't even get me started on the swimming pool - it's just perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim. I just loved everything about this place!

If you're looking for a great hotel, I would definitely recommend this one.

The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown, just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The MRT station is also within reach, providing easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of USB ports for charging devices. The hotel also offers a nice pool and gym for guests to enjoy.

The interior design of the bathroom could use some improvement, as the positioning of the toilet and rinser can be awkward and inconvenient.

The Lady Yi's Tea House is a delightful trip down memory lane, with fantastic Peranakan delicacies and a wonderful selection of teas. The open kitchen adds a touch of drama to the dining experience. And the panoramic skyline views from the cocktail bar are simply breathtaking.

As foreign tourists, we loved the perfect location in Chinatown and easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were wonderful and made our stay enjoyable. The gym and pool were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a great workout and relaxation. this hotel provided a fantastic experience in terms of facilities, comfort, and location.

Felt completely happy, every need was met with no trouble at all.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and had a great view. The location in Chinatown was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been improved by having more staff attend the food stations to ensure a smoother customer experience.
