Noise from the pub downstairs may be audible in some rooms, so it's advisable to request a room away from the pub if a quieter environment is desired.

We had a decent value for money stay in the Cairngorms area. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel had a well-stocked bar which was a great place to relax. We appreciated the helpful advice from the host regarding nearby eating locations. We were also able to securely store our bicycles indoors.

The room was small but had everything we needed, including a super comfortable bed and friendly staff who gave us excellent recommendations for local places to eat. We also loved the small bar that was conveniently located downstairs, perfect for a nightcap.

The location was ideal, right in the middle of the Highlands with easy access to other villages. The hotel itself is cute and has all the basic functions required for a weekend getaway. Derek, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate our request for bike hire and even had bikes ready for us upon check-in.
