We had a fantastic stay at Four Points By Sheraton Chinatown. The room was beautifully decorated with a king size bed and comfy mattress. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels provided. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room on the 16th floor. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with many cafes, bistros, and wall murals nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the city.

The complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch, as well as the welcome gift. the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the view from the room was fantastic, providing a great backdrop to Thanksgiving celebrations.

The bathroom didn't quite meet expectations and the breakfast buffet had limited variety. the lifts were often slow during peak times.

I had such an amazing time staying here! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city and trying out local restaurants. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and the room service is amazing! The room was always clean and tidy, and the amenities like the tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV just added to my comfort. And don't even get me started on the swimming pool - it's just perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim. I just loved everything about this place!

The hotel also offers a nice pool and gym for guests to enjoy.

The interior design of the bathroom could use some improvement, as the positioning of the toilet and rinser can be awkward and inconvenient.

The Lady Yi's Tea House is a delightful trip down memory lane, with fantastic Peranakan delicacies and a wonderful selection of teas. The open kitchen adds a touch of drama to the dining experience. And the panoramic skyline views from the cocktail bar are simply breathtaking.
