I recently stayed at a hotel in a congested area and was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. This place is located in a quaint area, alongside one of the main highways. The facilities and amenities offered were amazing, with the service being even better. The staff was courteous and helpful, providing 24-hour room service and cleaning services. I especially enjoyed the free wi-fi in rooms and the availability of ironing facilities, an in-room safe, and a mini-bar. The pool and fitness center were also great amenities to have on hand.

I would recommend this hotel to families in a heartbeat.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Puchong for a crossfit competition nearby. The hotel location was perfect, with many restaurants, eateries, and pubs within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast, especially the Nasi Lemak, was delicious and offered a taste of local cuisine. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a gym and swimming pool. I found my stay at Four Points to be great value for money.

Fantastic hotel! Loved the warm hospitality. They gave me complimentary milk for my coffee and extra towels and pillows. Location was great, with food outlets nearby. the staff was always there to help.

The air conditioning was not working properly and the TV channels didn't work on the first night. Housekeeping missed a few spots, like the hairs on the table.

This hotel is conveniently located near a mini market, the IOI Mall which is beside a train station, and close enough to the city centre. The beds in the twin room are super single size and very comfortable, with 4 pillows each. The amenities are on par with Sheraton hotels, and the check-in and check-out process is seamless.

Some guests reported issues with room service, such as being awakened by a delivery they didn't order, and difficulties in getting the correct room type upon check-in.
