We had a great stay at Fraser Place in Nusajaya. The rooms were spacious and clean, and my kids loved the bathtub. The views from our room were fantastic, and the location was quiet yet convenient. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer in the room and the provided laundry detergent. When we unexpectedly got a flat tire, two staff members kindly and swiftly helped us change it. our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Despite a few minor issues, such as a delay in getting our third room and some cleanliness concerns, the positive aspects of Fraser Place Puteri Harbour Aparthotel far outweighed the negatives. The breakfast buffet had limited options, and we had a slight hiccup with food quality.

Located in the Johor Bahru & Iskandar Puteri area, this hotel offers easy access to a few good eateries. The spacious rooms have full kitchen facilities, including an electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, and oven. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is cool and nice with a big bathtub. The customer service is efficient and the staff is friendly. There is a laundry room inside the room, making it feel like a new home living experience.

The view from the room may not live up to expectations, as it overlooks pale land with a half green lake.

I appreciated the free tea and coffee offered in the morning. The hotel is located in a great area, close to shops and restaurants. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.

The room I booked didn't look like the pictures online. The bed was uncomfortable and the WiFi was very slow.

The exclusive amenities made my stay here luxurious. The Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of services and treatments that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff offered excellent service, catering to my every need.

The only minor issue was that the location was a bit far from the city center. However, the private facilities offered made up for it.

Rooms, bath, and linens clean. Deep soaking tub with good water pressure. Convenient proximity to supermarket and food outlets. Ample cooking equipment and cutlery. Brightly lit parking facility. Delicious and varied breakfast. Fast check-in and check-out.
