Environment pleasant. Fast, friendly staff. Near sightseeing. Best laksa opposite hotel, 2-min walk. Spacious room, great view. Excellent cleaning. Not crowded. Easy to find. Close to 24-hr store. Free parking. Upgraded to family room. Clean room, comfortable bed. Good restaurant food. Varied breakfast. Well-equipped room: hairdryer, flat iron.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring that your needs are taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable large double bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The hotel also provides a fantastic view of the city, adding to the overall experience. And when it comes to breakfast, they offer a great selection of traditional Sarawak dishes, like the mouthwatering Laksa Sarawak, giving you a chance to taste the flavors of the region.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Located in the heart of the city, it was easy to access many tourist sites. The staff was friendly, and the food was decent. the 24-hour room service was helpful when we arrived late at night.

The hotel was in need of a major renovation. The amenities were old and outdated.
