The cleaning service was not up to par and towels were not changed daily.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Langkawi for Thanksgiving and we had a great time. the staff is really helpful and accommodating. the swimming pool is amazing and the rooms are spacious with a balcony. the complementary breakfast was nice and the hotel is located in a perfect location with easy access to various shops, bars, and restaurants.

the carpet in the room was a bit old and looked worn out. we noticed that the staff sometimes forgets to restock toiletries like tissue rolls, and the hotel also had a double standard when it comes to parking spaces.

Amazing staff who are super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast may not have many choices but still delicious. Room equipped with mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, extra pillow, towels and toiletries. The room is spacious with a balcony, and I lucked out with a bathtub. Reasonable prices if booked online. Excellent Wi-Fi and a comfy bed. Nearby shopping mall and local restaurants. Rent a car or bike as it's a bit far from other places, but there's a petrol station next door.
