During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the comfortable beds in the rooms. They were so cozy that I had a great night's sleep every night. the location of the hotel was also fantastic as it was very close to the sightseeing spots which I enjoyed very much. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, especially of the rooms.

This was quite inconvenient as I would have loved to have a cup of tea before bed. I would have loved to enjoy the view from there in the evening.

The train station, which took us to Amsterdam Central, was very close and convenient. The hotel's proximity to the windmills was fantastic, as we were able to explore them easily. The room we stayed in had a lovely view overlooking the canal, and the staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of options to choose from. a great experience!

The hotel was very responsible in handling incidents and rebooked us with another hotel. If I visit Amsterdam again, I'll definitely rebook here.
