The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the location was great as it was close to a subway station and convenience stores. Plus, the hotel offered a free breakfast which was a nice bonus.

The staff seemed uninterested in providing good service, and the room was not properly cleaned. the bathroom had a strange smell and the towels were not changed every day.

The staff were friendly and provided good service, promptly attending to any issues with towels or smelly bath towels. the hotel offered good value for money, with reserved parking for guests and nearby amenities such as a supermarket and subway.

Cleanliness of the hotel, especially the floors, left more to be desired.

I had a good stay overall at Harbour Hotel Pj 21. The hotel was well presented, new, and clean. The room was nice and the shower was great. I also appreciated the reserved parking for hotel guests. The location was convenient, with the subway, restaurants, and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. it was good value for money.

Just a minor comment, it would have been nice to have a small kettle and hairdryer in the room. Also, there was no floor mat for the bathroom, so I had to use the provided face towel.
