The location of Hexa Hotel & Backpackers was perfect for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of malls, restaurants, and the Bukit Bintang station. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. Despite some minor issues with the WiFi, it mostly worked well. The manager even allowed us to use a fridge to store our drinks. we had a pleasant and quiet stay in the midst of the bustling city.

I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. While there were a few drawbacks like the small rooms and lack of windows, they were outweighed by the positives.

The rooms, although compact, are comfortable and come with thoughtful details such as curtains for privacy and electricity outlets to charge devices. The friendly staff is always ready to assist, and the small terrace on the second floor provides a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

I had the best experience at Hexa Hotel & Backpackers! the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. the rooms and facilities were spotless and the cleanest I've seen in this price range. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't fully booked both times I stayed there. the laundry service was cheap, fast, and well done. They even have a kitchen although I didn't have the chance to use it. the hotel seemed to be family-run and had a charming open terrace on each floor where I enjoyed chilling. There's also a delicious restaurant nearby, just a few houses down the street.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was a relief from the heat outside. The location was great, close to restaurants and the train station. The bed had a privacy curtain and there were lockers for security. The little balcony at the end of the hallway was a nice touch. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback was the poor quality of the locker, which didn't feel very secure. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, and the air conditioning in my room was either too strong or not working well.
