The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the city center and the location is within walking distance to the main central areas. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice design with both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were well-maintained and provided a great respite from the Bali sun. The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious and the staff's hospitality was exceptional.

We had a decent stay but honestly, the highlight of the experience were the free cookies at check-in and the Thanksgiving feast offered for free! the location was also very convenient and the pool was clean.
