The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the mid city shopping centre and restaurants for those in need of nightlife. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped gym which is open 24/7. Guests have access to a variety of equipment for exercise.

The staff were not as friendly as expected. Even with two small children and a broken bathtub drainage, no alternative accommodation was offered and the issue took 24 hours to be resolved.

Excellent personalised service at the restaurant. Andy the head waiter and his team went the extra mile for our group during lunch. The food was delicious, and the Hilton membership discount made it great value for money. highly recommended.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a perfect location with easy access to supermarkets and the LRT, just minutes away on foot. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite arriving at 2 am, they arranged a meal for me. The price for the 5-star hotel facilities was reasonable. Don't miss out on the weekend all-you-can-eat buffet!

The manager, Mr. Ruben, was very helpful, and the lunch/dinner buffet was fantastic. Early check-in was available, and the concierge was welcoming. Access to public transport and taxis was convenient.

This hotel was a luxurious haven for my stay in Kuala Lumpur. The exclusive amenities including the spa and wellness centre, sauna and steam room, outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace fulfilled all my relaxation needs. The restaurant offered delicious cuisine, with special diet menus available. The service was impeccable as attentive staff always catered to my needs. The location advantage provided easy access to the prime location making my sightseeing a breeze.

The packed lunches were a bit lacklustre. They did not meet my expectations and could use some improvement.

Noise from nearby traffic was somewhat annoying, better soundproofing needed. Pool area was not as well-maintained as expected.

The lounge service was exceptional, with attentive and efficient staff who made sure my drinks were constantly refilled. The overall service during cocktail hour was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff members. The executive lounge provided a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for me to relax and enjoy my evening.

One negative experience I had during my stay was with a rude duty manager who displayed uncivilized customer service. This left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question the hotel's standards of professionalism.
