We had an amazing stay at this place in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better, as there was a tram line right next to the hotel that took us straight into the city center. The staff was exceptional, always focusing on customer service and making sure we had everything we needed. The room amenities were everything we could have possibly asked for, from the in-room safe to the mini-bar and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was top notch, and we even received a welcome drink upon arrival.

There really were no negative aspects to this hotel. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quality stay in the city center.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Bordeaux's main attractions, with a tram stop right outside. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. the staff, including Theo, Yannick, Maeva, Marouan, and a blonde staff member during dinner time. They always greeted us with a smile on their face. the breakfast and dinner options were enjoyable, and although the choice was limited, they also had "bocaux" available for snacking at any time. the location was perfect for catching an early morning TGV to Paris, just a short 5-minute walk away. It was also convenient to explore the old town with a pleasant street car ride, taking only 10-15 minutes to reach the Grand Theater. the room was fresh, comfortable, and generously sized for a city center hotel. the mattress was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I've just had the most wonderful stay at a hotel in Bordeaux. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and right opposite a tram stop. Within minutes, I could easily get to the City Centre, the historical center, or even the airport. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and quality bedding. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. it was a fantastic experience.

The immediate area surrounding the hotel, which was a bit run-down.

The room had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge and a TV. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. - the bed was comfortable and we couldn't hear noise from outside.

The lobby had a strong unpleasant smell. The hotel staff were not very helpful when it came to providing tourist information readily.

We particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs that were some of the best we have ever eaten. the hotel offers complimentary books and toys, which made it a great spot for families. the hotel is located near a tram stop and has good transport links.

We had trouble with cleaning – no cleaning service was provided for one night, and the staff were unable to help. We were promised a refund by the hotel manager but the manager was not on site the next day to follow through with the promise.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable from beginning to end. We were even upgraded for free, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey. the rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine and a kettle. the location of the hotel was also great, being close to the main train station and having a tram stop right next to it. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around.

The breakfast, although good, had some cold dishes and would have been better if it was served until later in the morning. there were a couple of instances where the housekeeping lacked attention to detail, such as a wet carpet and an occasion where drinkable water wasn't replenished.
