We stayed at Capitol and found the deluxe high-floor room to be very comfortable. the bed was large and cozy, with a choice of 4 pillows. the room had good lighting and double windows to block out city noise. the wifi was reliable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong. the room also had useful amenities like an ironing board, full-length mirror, and a coffee/tea making kettle. the location was central, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the loyalty factor adds to the positive experience.

We had a pleasant stay in a well-located hotel in the heart of the city. The nearby shopping complex made it convenient for us to explore the shopping areas. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city lights at night. The helpful staff quickly resolved any issues, such as removing the smoke smell from our non-smoking room. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the friendly service throughout our stay.

The need to use a key card to operate the lift was a bit inconvenient, especially when our hands were full of shopping bags.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Capitol. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to various shopping malls, Jalan Alor, and public transport. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, with high ceilings and a great view of nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the breakfast options were sufficient.

Perfect place to stay on a girls trip. Good security, walking distance to main shopping areas, eateries, and bars. Deluxe capitol room with higher and city view is really nice. Location is helpful to stroll around the city. Burger King, Starbucks, and other restaurants are easily accessible. Alor, Changkat, and luxury malls are just a few steps away. Staff are excellent and accommodating. Unbelievable service and breathtaking view of the KL skyline including the Petronas Towers.

Convenient location in the shopping district. Next to Plaza Low Yat for IT items and close to luxury brands at Pavilion. Good breakfast, especially the Nasi Lemak. Enjoyed being able to walk to Starbucks. Will recommend to friends and family.

During my recent stay at Capitol, I was delighted to discover its superb location, which is within walking distance of all the popular shopping areas in Bukit Bintang. Additionally, it is conveniently situated next to Sungei Wong, LowYat Plaza, and close to Times Square. This made exploring the city and indulging in some retail therapy incredibly easy and enjoyable. The proximity to the MRT station was also a major plus for getting around the city.

Although there were a few small downsides like the average breakfast and the occasional disturbance from hotel staff, the overall experience at Capitol was fantastic. The courteous and accommodating staff, who were always ready to assist us with our random check-in and check-out timings, left a great impression.
