I was impressed by the spacious and comfortable room at this hotel. It was great to have bathrobes and slippers provided for me. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant. I would recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us with arranging the collection of a misplaced laptop. The buffet spreads exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed the variety of local food choices. The hotel's location near KB Mall and Kukup Ikan Bakar, a famous seafood restaurant, was perfect for exploring the area. We also appreciated the free parking and the upgrade to the Perdana Executive Room for both nights.

We felt truly looked after during our stay and had no complaints.

We loved staying here as it was conveniently located near the places we wanted to visit in the city centre. The friendly receptionist promptly attended to our requests and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The room had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a patio where we could relax. The dining restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from.

Although we had a minor issue with our first room, the staff quickly entertained our request and even gave us a room upgrade. We appreciated the 24-hour room service and laundry facilities which made our stay hassle-free.

I recently stayed at Perdana for a family getaway. We had a wonderful time exploring the variety of food at the dinner buffet, with fresh seafood and delicious desserts. The breakfast spread was also impressive. The pool was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. Our connecting rooms were well maintained and had everything we needed. The staff, particularly Miss Maisarah, was very kind and helpful in upgrading our room and providing complimentary breakfast.

The complimentary welcome drink and Easter chocolate were greatly appreciated. the hotel's location near the beach was perfect for relaxing walks. the pool area was also a nice spot to soak up some sun.

The room was not as clean as we had hoped, as there were some stains on the sheets and walls. the Wi-Fi service was incredibly slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
