The location of the hotel is perfect, just behind Jonker Walk. It is super easy to walk to the street eats and explore the area. The hotel also offers their own parking, which is a big plus considering how challenging it is to find parking in the central location. The staff are very helpful and assisted us with parking when we arrived at night. We even accidentally left our shoes in the room after check out, and the hotel staff was kind enough to send them to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur. We truly appreciate their kindness and helpfulness.

It was all superb.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the main attractions and the lively night markets. It was a great way to start each day and saved us from having to go out in the morning to look for a breakfast place. the clean and spacious rooms were perfect to rest and relax after a long day of sightseeing and exploring.

Although the hotel was fantastic, the noise level was a bit high for our liking. We could hear noise from the road, which was a bit distracting, and we could also hear sounds from the adjacent room.

We had an amazing stay here! The location couldn't have been better as it was just a few steps away from the famous tourist spot and all the attractions. The hotel provided bicycle rental service which was very helpful to explore the area. The staff, especially Tasha at the reception, was extremely courteous and tried their best to accommodate our requests. Additionally, the room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries made our stay even more comfortable.

The value for money at Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique was excellent. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had good water pressure. The location was perfect for strolling along Jonker Street, and the staff treated me well.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by either offering it on request or including it in the room price.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel is perfect for those wanting easy access to attractions, eateries and the night market. Guests will appreciate being near Jonker street which is filled with many shops and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioning is great. The breakfast is limited but you can always find better options outside. Staff members are friendly but don't always attend to requests promptly. One downside is the limited parking which can get quite dark at night.
